Kodok Goreng Mentega & Kerang Bambu Saus Padang









Kodok Goreng Mentega is my all time favourite since my childhood days, I always order this dishes whenever i go to a chinese restaurant, it taste soo yummy and I never got bored of it. I was quite surprised when one day I found this holy Kodok in a local supermarket, quite rare eh! without any thinking any longer, I just take that into the cashier! and this was become my first time cooking Kodok Goreng Mentega, well it might doesn't tastes similar to the one I always ordered in a restaurant, but I won't give up and keep working on the recipe till I got the perfect taste, and might as well share the recipe here! just keep watching this space peeps! and after that I might try on cooking another Legend Super Food which is Kodok cah Batu! nom!

And, another food below is Kerang bambu saus Padang, another favourite menu of mine, it's quite easy to make, and it tastes so freakin delish! I will post this recipe real soon!

Kladdkaka

It's basically a Swedish Sticky Chocolate cake and it tastes similar like brownie though, or I could say it's a lazy-easy gooey chocolate cake!

Ingredients:

100 grams buttermedium eggs
  • 300 ml caster sugar
  • 150 ml flour
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • tablespoon rum

Baked Sweet Potato

I'm currently on a diet anyway, not a strict one but I quit eating rice for a while and prevent eating oily food. So, I guess this is the perfect solution for my fried potato crave, this baked sweet potato will even looked better if I used the orange one or I might try the purple potato in the future, and we'll see the difference!

Ingredients:
Sweet potato
Olive Oil
Paprika powder/ Chili pepper
Salt
Pepper


Pizza

Here it is my very first time making Pizza, I'm making the thin crust Pizza rather than the usual thick one, because the thin one is better for a light snacks, I only used tomato ketchup as the base, but he taste would be even better and improved if I used tomato paste, I would say.

Ingredients:
Squid
Cherry tomato
Sweet corn kernel
Portobello Mushroom
Mozarella Cheese
Bay leaves 
Salt and Pepper to taste

Parfait

This is prolly the kind of snacks, brekkie, dessert I'd love to eat everyday and never got bored of. You can add/modify the toppings, with anything you want just like when you're out eating frozen yoghurt! This perfect and easy-to-go snacks I always ate in the middle of jam on my way to the office, and if you're getting bored of yoghurt you can change it with frozen oatmeal and just simply add fresh milk and honey!

- Crushed Oatmeal Cookies
- Almond
