Baked Sweet Potato

I'm currently on a diet anyway, not a strict one but I quit eating rice for a while and prevent eating oily food. So, I guess this is the perfect solution for my fried potato crave, this baked sweet potato will even looked better if I used the orange one or I might try the purple potato in the future, and we'll see the difference!

Ingredients:
Sweet potato
Olive Oil
Paprika powder/ Chili pepper
Salt
Pepper


Pizza

Here it is my very first time making Pizza, I'm making the thin crust Pizza rather than the usual thick one, because the thin one is better for a light snacks, I only used tomato ketchup as the base, but he taste would be even better and improved if I used tomato paste, I would say.

Ingredients:
Squid
Cherry tomato
Sweet corn kernel
Portobello Mushroom
Mozarella Cheese
Bay leaves 
Salt and Pepper to taste

Parfait

This is prolly the kind of snacks, brekkie, dessert I'd love to eat everyday and never got bored of. You can add/modify the toppings, with anything you want just like when you're out eating frozen yoghurt! This perfect and easy-to-go snacks I always ate in the middle of jam on my way to the office, and if you're getting bored of yoghurt you can change it with frozen oatmeal and just simply add fresh milk and honey!

Ingredients:
- Strawberry Yoghurt
- Crushed Oatmeal Cookies
- Almond

Mápó Tòfu

Mápó Tòfu is originated from Shezuan province, China but you probably often found this dishes in Japanese restaurant too! The most important element in this dishes is Tauco, just simply add 2-3 tablespoon and voila its taste even better, and the mushroom is additional you can add any kind of mushroom you like! and for the meat itself you can use either ground pork or ground beef. This is my kind of perfect comfort food during the rainy season, and the best way to enjoy this dishes is with hot rice.
